You’re a new plan provider, how do I know I can trust you?
Whilst this is a new product from Practi, we benefit from the expertise of our partner Denplan — part of the Simplyhealth Group — who have supported over 6000 dental practices in running and growing their plans for decades.
What support do you offer to dental practices?
Each practice is assigned a customer success manager who provide guidance on best practice for setting up plans to help you reach your objectives.
We also have a customer support team, all based here in the UK, who are on hand to help with any enquiry, whether that’s from patients or practice staff.
One of the great things about our plans is that we provide you with a branded, ready-made marketing page featuring your plans to add to your website, so you can encourage sign-ups.
What fees do you charge?
We’ve made it a priority to keep costs low. Our fees start from £1.10 per patient per month and decrease with volume. Additional fees may apply for certain services, such as bulk transfers or postal communications. Get in touch to learn more.
I’m with another provider. How long does it take to bulk transfer patients to Practi?
Most plan providers require three months notice to leave. Once notice is given, we start the transfer process. This process (known as a Bulk Change Process or BCP) is handled by the Practi team in the background. Your patients will be notified of the switch by email or post, but they don’t need to do anything and there won’t be a break in their plan coverage.
